Everyone experiences stress, relationship struggles, loss, hurt, and pain.
Oftentimes we struggle with navigating these challenges alone and feel overwhelmed in our effort to do so. Restore Therapy Center was opened to provide a place for people in Montgomery and the surrounding areas to receive support and make positive changes in their lives.
Our office is conveniently located in central Montgomery.
Some of the issues that we can help with are anxiety, behavioral issues, communication, depression, grief/loss, infidelity, family conflict, family of origin wounds, life transitions, marriage/relationship issues, parenting struggles, personal growth, self-esteem, sleep/insomnia, stress, and trauma/PTSD.
